Job responsibilities
• Design, implement, maintain, and enhance Management Information Systems that support the strategic and operational objectives of RBC. • Manage the integration of health information systems and other institutional information systems to ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability. • Ensure the availability, integrity, confidentiality, and security of organizational information systems in accordance with national ICT policies and data protection regulations. • Analyze business processes and user requirements and recommend appropriate ICT solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery. • Monitor system performance, identify technical issues, and coordinate timely maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting. • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, user manuals, and technical documentation for information systems. • Provide technical support and training to system users to ensure effective utilization of management information systems.
