The Higher Education Council (HEC) informs the general public that, under the bilateral cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Rwanda and the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, the Government of Algeria has offered scholarships to Rwandan students for the 2026/2027 academic year.

Requirements

Applicants should prepare:

  • Application letter addressed to the Director General of HEC

  • Copy of a valid passport or National Identity Card

  • Copies of original-notified academic certificate and transcripts/result slip

  • Birth certificate

  • Medical certificate

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)

  • Recent colour passport photo
