RwandAir Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join its Finance team as a Finance Business Partnering Manager.

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will serve as a strategic finance partner to key business areas, supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, investment governance, cost management and profitability improvement.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics or an equivalent field.

  • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA or equivalent.

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in FP&A, commercial/operational finance or finance business partnering.

  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and working with senior stakeholders.

  • Experience in airline or aviation finance is an added advantage.

  • Strong financial modelling, analytical, Excel and reporting skills.

  • Excellent English communication skills.
