The University of Nicosia CyprusAid Scholarship 2027 is a fully funded scholarship opportunity for eligible students from selected countries, including Rwanda, to pursue undergraduate or postgraduate studies in Cyprus.
The scholarship is offered by the University of Nicosia in cooperation with CyprusAid and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus.

Eligible Programmes
Undergraduate:
100% tuition scholarships are available for eligible English-taught, on-campus Bachelor’s programmes, excluding programmes offered by the Medical School.
Master’s:
- MBA – Master in Business Administration
- MA in International Relations and Eastern Mediterranean Studies
- MA in Digital Media and Communications
PhD:
- PhD in International Relations
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be citizens of one of the eligible countries, including Rwanda.
- Meet the University of Nicosia admission requirements.
- Meet the English language requirements.
- Submit the required admission and scholarship documents.
