JICA Rwanda Government Master’s Scholarships 2026/2027
The Higher Education Council (HEC) has announced scholarship opportunities offered by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) through the African Business Education Initiative for Youth (ABE Initiative).
The scholarships are available to eligible Rwandan applicants who wish to pursue Master’s degree studies in Japan.

Eligibility
The scholarship is intended for eligible applicants from Rwanda who meet the requirements of the JICA ABE Initiative and the conditions specified in the official application documents.
Applicants are advised to obtain the official application form and carefully review all eligibility requirements before submitting their applications.

Applicants should prepare a complete application file and submit it to the JICA Rwanda Office.
