About the Role
Are you passionate about providing excellent HR support and creating seamless employee experiences?
As an HR Services Specialist, you will play a central role in transforming HR service delivery at RwandAir. You will be responsible for handling employee inquiries, improving HR processes, supporting HR systems, and ensuring employees receive professional, efficient, and timely HR services.
The role provides an opportunity to contribute innovative ideas and proactive solutions as RwandAir continues to expand.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Provide responsive, efficient, and high-quality HR support to employees.
Manage and resolve employee inquiries related to HR policies and onboarding.
Issue standard HR letters to employees, departments, and external organizations.
Support employees in effectively using the ERP system.
Create new employee records and update personal information in the ERP system.
Process updates related to banking details, marital status, educational information, and other employee data.
Verify supporting documents for updates to employee and dependant information.
Maintain accurate employee records in both physical files and the ERP system.
Implement and continuously improve HR service processes and employee self-service tools.
Analyze data and employee feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the Head of Department.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should have:
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
At least 2 years of job-related experience.
Working knowledge of HR functions and HR systems.
Proven experience in HR Service Delivery, shared services, or employee relations.
Experience adapting to changing business requirements.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
A recognized accreditation in Human Resources is preferred.
