Job Purpose
Reporting to the Branch Manager ,the Job holder will be responsible of developing and maintaining Business Banking account relationship to maintain and grow the Business banking balance sheet (Customers Deposits and Loans & Advances) and sustain a profitable Business banking portfolio. The jobholder will also be responsible for managing strategic partnerships, which is important for Business Banking growth. The jobholder is also responsible for maintaining and growing the Biashara Club proposition as one key strategy for Banking relationship management and customer loyalty.
Main Responsibilities
- Marketing new Business and managing existing Business to enable the bank to realize revenue targets which are prescribed without compromising on credit risk appetite.
- Grow and monitor the Business banking asset and liability portfolio with aim of ensuring that it remains profitable and of quality. Particularly responsible for growing the Business Tier 1 portfolio as per the bank Business strategy and in the region assigned.
- Maintain excellent relationship with existing and prospects Business clients to sustain Business growth and increased wallet share and customer profitability.
- Initiate credit facilities through in-depth quality preliminary analysis. Process credit applications within stipulate TAT to ensure delightful customer experience.
- Resolve retail Business customer inquiry to improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly sales report, Monthly portfolio report including credit reviews, monthly pipelines.
- Monitoring loan facility, detect and restore to performing, all debts falling into arrears to performing debts with aim to insure minimum portfolio at risk. Properly handover to recovery units all loans downgraded to the grade 3
- Promote alternative channels through raising the usage of internet banking, Mobile banking, and cards by Business customers. Acquire, train, and ensure retention of merchants & Agents through effective relationship management.
- Manage strategic partnerships important for Business Banking Growth.
- Maintain and grow the Biashara Club proposition through onboarding of new members and retention of existing members
Daily Responsibilities:
- To prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Business performance report
- To meet, identify and evaluate customers' or prospects' financial needs to mobilize new accounts, deposits and quality loans.
- To monitor the utilization of drawn facilities and prevent migration to NPL and overdrawn accounts.
- Capture Business Banking credit applications in Credit Quest.

Educational qualifications and work experience:

•Relationship Management

•Attend to Audit queries, perform snap checks monthly, and ensure that any anomalies/exceptions are sorted out.

•Continuous follow-up with the Securities Department to ensure timely documentation and perfection of securities.

Job Purpose
To support the administration and execution of Trustee Services operations by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating smooth interactions with stakeholders, while upholding high standards of governance and risk management
Main Responsibilities
•Ensure Compliance Monitoring – Assist in reviewing investments and asset holdings to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, trust deeds, and internal policies. •Maintain Trustee Records – Ensure all trust documents, statutory meeting notices, and signed minutes are properly recorded and securely stored.
•Facilitate Approvals & Transactions – Process approval requests from fund managers, administrators, auditors, and custodians within agreed timelines.

Job Purpose
The role is responsible for driving the business growth of international money transfers (IMT) in terms of increasing sub-agent numbers, transaction volumes, and non-funded income. It also involves managing IMT relationships and supporting back-office sub-agents. Additionally, the role includes onboarding new sub-agents into the portal and managing IMT partners and sub-agents within the assigned portfolio.
Main Responsibilities
•Drive revenue growth in sub-agent and digital IMT networks, focusing on fees, commissions, and forex income.
•Onboard new sub-agents for IMT.
•Roll out RIA and MoneyGram services to all sub-agents.
•Manage relationships with IMT sub-agents.
•Ensure amendments to transactions and limit adjustments are carried out as per sub-agent instructions.
•Conduct regular training for sub-agents on IMT products, systems, service standards, operational procedures, and AML/KYC compliance.
•Perform POS audits and mystery shopping at sub-agent locations to ensure compliance with service standards and identify areas for improvement.
•Monitor and report on performance, actively working to reduce dormant sub-agent locations.
•Prepare, obtain, and distribute all MTS-related departmental reports to relevant stakeholders.
•Perform any other duties assigned during your responsibilities.
Daily Responsibilities:
•Handle all sub-agent queries and complaints received from the contact Center and branches regarding IMT.
•Contact IMT partners to reset terminals, increase sub-agent limits as required, and provide necessary documents to facilitate the release of transactions held in the suspicious (watch list) queue.
•Investigate, amend, reverse, or refund IMT transactions as requested by customers.
•Create new locations and reset passwords for terminals and IMT system users.
