NATIONAL OPEN COMPETITIVE TENDER N° RCB/001/09/2026
TENDER TITLE: Hiring hotel booking agencies under an annual framework
agreement
1. Rwanda Convention Bureau (RCB) would like to engage competent, experienced, and eligible local service providers through a competitive procurement process to provide the aforementioned services.
2. Participation is open on equal conditions to all willing and qualified bidders, and detailed tender documents may be obtained upon submission of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000. Payment should be made to the Rwanda Convention Bureau (RCB) account No. 0009507728806-72 held at Bank of Kigali (BK). Interested bidders are required to submit proof of payment via email to procurement@rcb.rw , upon which the tender documents will be provided.
3. Eligible bidders must submit well-printed, properly bound proposals in a sealed envelope that clearly highlights the tender reference number, the title of the tender, and the bidder's name, as well as a soft copy proposal on an external hard drive, to the new RCB procurement office in town in the RMT building at KN 3Ave on Tuesday October 13th, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time.
Bids will be opened immediately in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will not be accepted.
