SUPPLY OF DRY AND PERISHABLE FOODS

Mother Mary International School Complex is a reputable educational institution committed to providing a safe, healthy, and conducive learning environment for all learners. In line with this commitment, the school ensures that students receive nutritious and balanced meals that support their physical growth, concentration, and overall well-being.

The school hereby invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit competitive bids for the supply of dry and perishable food items for use in the school canteen. The selected suppliers will be expected to provide high-quality food products, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with national food regulations.

This tender aims to establish reliable and long-term partnerships with suppliers who can consistently meet the school’s needs in terms of quality, affordability, and efficiency.

Scope of the tender

The tender includes the supply and delivery of dry and perishable food items to support the daily feeding program of learners at Mother Mary International School Complex. Suppliers are expected to provide fresh, high-quality, and safe food products in accordance with required hygiene and food safety standards, and ensure timely delivery to both school campuses.

Submission bids

Important Instructions

  1. Bidders are allowed to apply for one or both lots (2 lots available).
  2. All bids must be submitted no later than 18/04/2026 at 16:00 (4:00 PM).
  3. The subject of the email must clearly state:
    “Supply of Dry and Perishable Foods – MMISC”

Required documents

Interested bidders must submit the following documents:

  • Company profile
  • Valid trading license
  • Tax clearance certificate
  • Detailed quotation (clearly indicating unit prices)
  • Proof of previous similar experience (at least 2 references)
  • Delivery schedule / delivery capacity statement
