Our mission is to reduce human involvement in repetitive tasks, enhance productivity, and promote efficient time management for businesses and individuals.
As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Business Development Officer to join our team and drive client acquisition and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and recruit new clients and business owners to partner with Ai7 OPTIVARO
- Promote and sell the company’s automation services to potential customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs
- Represent Ai7 OPTIVARO at networking events, meetings, and business forums
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Results-driven with a strong passion for sales and client engagement
- Good understanding of digital solutions or automation services is an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Kinyarwanda and/or French is an advantage
