1. Chief Finance Manager
Department: Finance & Administration Location: Headquarters Contract Type: Open-ended Reports To: Managing Director, WASAC Utility / CFO, WASAC Group
Key Responsibilities
Oversee preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Lead budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
Manage treasury operations, cash flow, receivables, and payables.
Establish sound financial policies, procedures, and controls.
Monitor and manage financial risks and exposures.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Provide strategic administrative support across WASAC Utility.
Lead preparation of annual financial reports for management and the Board.
Qualifications
Option 1
Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
OR
Option 2
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Professional Certifications
ACCA, CPA, CFA or other relevant professional qualifications are required.
