Required competencies and key technical skills
Knowledge in conflict management
Ability to work as a team coordinator and make decisions with minimal support
Good organisational and time management skills, detail oriented with ability to plan workload and prioritize;
Strong leadership and decision making skills with ability to make decisions under pressure, able to prioritize and stick to prioritization;
Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and interact at all levels
