TITLE: SUPPLY OF END OF YEAR GIFTS AND DECORATION FOR BK GENERAL INSURANCE
BK Insurance Ltd would like to invite bids from suppliers / Service providers for the provision of End of year gifts and decoration for the year 2026 grouped in lots as follows;
LOT 1: End of year gifts
LOT 2: Decoration of BK Insurance Office
LOT 3: Decoration of gorilla round-about (Subject to further confirmation)
Tender Document containing technical specifications (TORs) is available at BK Insurance Head Office, any working day 9am -5Pm.
Proposals written in English should reach BK Insurance from 11th - 25th September 2026 at 3h00 with proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 20,000 deposited on account no 00040-00692482-32 of BK Insurance Ltd opened in Bank of Kigali.
Well printed bids, properly bound and sealed, presented in two copies, one of which is original, addressed to the Chief Operations Officer of BK Insurance Ltd must reach the BK Insurance Head Office (Old I&M Bank building) not later than the 25th/September/2026 at 3: 00pm.The price quotes should be in Rwandan Francs and opening of the bids envelopes will take place in public on the 25th/September/2026 at exactly 3:30pm, in the Board room of BK Insurance Ltd. - Valid RRA Certificate
- Valid RSSB Clearance Certificate
- Performance Certificate to prove similar services done before.
