JOB ANNOUNCEMENT OF INDONGOZI SACCO NYAMASHEKE 

INDONGOZI SACCO NYAMASHEKE is a legally established Deposit-Taking SACCO operating in Nyamasheke District, Western Province, Rwanda. It was formed through the consolidation of all Umurenge SACCOs (U-SACCOs) in Nyamasheke District to strengthen financial inclusion, improve service delivery, and provide sustainable financial services to members and the community.

The SACCO was granted legal personality by the Rwanda Cooperative Agency (RCA) under Registration Certificate No. RGDG013516 dated 11 February 2026, with TIN 155744255, and licensed by the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR) on 07 May 2026. Guided by its vision of promoting sustainable socioeconomic development, INDONGOZI SACCO NYAMASHEKE provides inclusive financial solutions based on values of honesty, credibility, professionalism, accountability, transparency, and customer focus.

Employment Status: Full-time.Nature of the Job: Permanent (subject to successful probation).Reporting to: Head of Risk and Compliance (or Managing Director/Supervisory Committee in the absence of the Head of Risk and Compliance).Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 years in risk management, compliance or audit within financial institutions.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate enterprise risk management, monitor regulatory compliance, conduct compliance reviews, prepare risk reports, support AML/CFT implementation, and promote compliance culture.Required Skills: Risk assessment, compliance monitoring, analytical skills, report writing, communication, knowledge of BNR regulations and AML/CFT.Added Advantages: Professional certification in Risk Management, Compliance, CPA, ACCA, CMP or CIA.
