Job details WAS Administration & Performance Tuning Team Job Title: Principal Technical Officer in charge Web Application services and Performance Tuning Grade: T3 Supervisor: Director in Charge of Application Unit Location: HQ Working Mode: Hybrid Purpose Principal technician officer in charge of web application performance works with the rest of it team to improve the the performance and security application servers. s/he install and configure web application servers and with collaboration with dbas and system developers to finetune queries Key duties and responsibilities

1. Install and configure web application servers
2. Assure regular patching and updgrade of application servers
3. Monitor performance web application servers
4. Work closely with the developers and dba team during performance tuning
5. Analyze the root cause of performance issues and bottlenecks
6. Produce technical reports for references

Required Academic Qualification    Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology specialized in Information Technology
2. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences specialized in Information Technology
3. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering specialized in Information Technology
4. Bachelor's Degree in Electronic and Telecommunication specialized in Information Technology
5. Bachelor's Degree in Science, Electronics and Telecommunication specialized in Information Technology
6. Bachelor's Degree in Science in Information Technology
7. Bachelor's Degree in Science with Honours in Computer Science
8. Bachelor's Degree in Science with Honours in Information Management
9. Bachelor's Degree in Science with Honours in Software Engineering
10. Bachelor's Degree in Science with Honours in Network & Communication Systems
11. Bachelor's Degree in Science with Honours in Information System and Management
