Minimum requirements:
At least 10 years of aviation/airline ground-handling experience.
At least 5 years leading large Passenger Services functions at a hub airport.
Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Hospitality, Business or related field.
IATA Passenger Ground Services or Airport Operations qualification.
Experience managing large, multicultural and multi-shift teams.
Experience with DCS such as Altea/Sabre, BRS and disruption-management platforms.
Strong skills in customer experience, aviation operations, commercial revenue, people leadership and crisis/IROPS recovery.
English is essential; French and/or Kinyarwanda is preferred.
A Master’s degree/MBA and relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
