1. Director of Studies
Oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, and quality of instruction across the campus
Supervise and support teaching staff
Ensure compliance with national education standards
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
A recognized teaching qualification (A0) in the relevant subject area
teaching experience of 3 to 5 years
Strong Christian faith and values, aligned with the mission of Youth For Christ Rwanda
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a school community
