Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for individuals and organizations seeking information, guidance, and support within the cultural and creative industries ecosystem. • Assist in the preparation of documentation, applications, and submissions required for permits, licenses, funding applications, and other regulatory approvals, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance. • Provide guidance on available resources and opportunities in creative arts industries. • Offer advice and recommendations on industry best practices, strategies for growth, and methods for enhancing creativity, innovation, and competitiveness within the cultural and creative sectors. • Identify synergies and potential collaborations among stakeholders, facilitating introductions, partnerships and collaborative projects. • Identify key challenges and barriers faced by stakeholders within the cultural and creative industries ecosystem by conducting needs assessments. • Develop recommendations and solutions to address identified challenges collaborating with stakeholders, policymakers and industry experts. • Prepare the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports of activities and share them with the supervisor. • Carry out any other assignment as requested by superiors.
