Kent State University USA: 50% Tuition Reduction for Rwandan Students 2026

The Higher Education Council (HEC) has announced an exciting opportunity for Rwandan students to pursue selected undergraduate and postgraduate programs at Kent State University in Ohio, USA.
Through a special partnership between Kent State University and the Ministry of Education of Rwanda, eligible Rwandan students admitted to the university can benefit from a 50% reduction in tuition fees for both undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
The opportunity focuses particularly on engineering, cybersecurity, aviation, and other specialized academic programs that are aligned with Rwanda’s development priorities and emerging workforce needs.
