Kent State University USA: 50% Tuition Reduction for Rwandan Students 2026

The Higher Education Council (HEC) has announced an exciting opportunity for Rwandan students to pursue selected undergraduate and postgraduate programs at Kent State University in Ohio, USA.

Through a special partnership between Kent State University and the Ministry of Education of Rwanda, eligible Rwandan students admitted to the university can benefit from a 50% reduction in tuition fees for both undergraduate and postgraduate studies.

The opportunity focuses particularly on engineering, cybersecurity, aviation, and other specialized academic programs that are aligned with Rwanda’s development priorities and emerging workforce needs.

Qualified students are encouraged to apply for the following programs:

  1. Master of Aviation Science

  2. Master of Aerospace Engineering

  3. Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering Technology

  4. Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering

  5. Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity Engineering

  6. Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology

  7. Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics Engineering

  8. Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Studies

  9. Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management

  10. Bachelor of Science in Air Traffic and Airspace Management

  11. Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics Engineering Technology
