Real Estate Sales Consultant

Net salary 200,000–400,000 RWF+ commission

Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related majors

1.Possess 1–3+ years of experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, client acquisition, or related sales roles; preference given to candidates with experience selling high-end residential properties, villas, apartments, or commercial real estate; candidates with sales experience in sectors such as banking, insurance, automotive, or high-end consumer goods will also be considered.

2.Possess strong capabilities in client acquisition, communication, negotiation, and closing deals; ability to independently develop clients and maintain client relationships; strong goal orientation and a results-driven mindset, with the ability to handle sales performance pressure.

3.Presentable appearance and clear communication skills; approachable demeanor and a strong service mindset; ability to accurately understand customer needs and recommend suitable products; strong capabilities in maintaining customer relationships and handling complaints.

4.         Possess strong English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; capable of independently handling client reception, project presentations, business communication, and sales negotiations in English; proficiency in Kinyarwanda, French, Swahili, or Chinese is an asset.

5.         Understand the basic real estate sales process, including client reception, subscription, contract signing, payment, and handover; possess a working knowledge of the local real estate market, competing projects, and customer needs; and be familiar with basic sales data, customer management, and CRM system operations.

6.         Possess integrity, a proactive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility, along with high professional ethics; demonstrate strong teamwork and execution capabilities; and be willing to accommodate scheduling for client reception and project marketing activities on weekends and public holidays.

Real Estate Marketing Planner

Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related majors

1. Possess at least 6 years of experience in real estate marketing, including a minimum of 3 years in an equivalent role or in a lead strategic planning/management position.

2． Participated in the full-cycle planning of at least 2 real estate projects (residential/commercial/complex) from positioning to liquidation. Priority will be given to experience in overseas projects;

3. Proficient in real estate market research methodologies; capable of independently conducting macro-level analysis, competitor monitoring, customer profiling, and demand/preference analysis; and able to independently determine the overall positioning of projects.

4. Proficient in formulating comprehensive project marketing strategies and phased promotional plans; familiar with operational workflows for integrated online and offline multi-media promotion, as well as new media operation strategies and the promotional logic of international real estate platforms.

5. Capable of independently preparing marketing expense budgets, and possessing the ability to monitor expense execution and analyze return on investment (ROI).

6. Proficient in using various video editing software;

7. Possess excellent team spirit and strong capabilities in internal and external management and coordination;

Market & Sales Coordinator

1. Possess at least 3 years of experience in sales support, sales management, or related roles within the real estate industry; have experience working with project companies across the full project lifecycle (particularly during peak sales and delivery phases); possess experience in the coordinated management of sales channels, sales centers, and key accounts; candidates with team coordination experience or overseas project experience are preferred.

2. Familiarity with real estate transaction policies and regulations, the online contract registration process, bank loan policies, etc.

3. Proficient in Excel (functions, PivotTables, etc.) and skilled in using office software such as PPT and Word; familiarity with ERP, CRM, real estate sales systems, or inventory management systems is preferred.

4. Possess excellent capabilities in overall planning and working under pressure, with the ability to efficiently coordinate internal and external resources;

5. English can be used as a working language, and those who can master Kinyarwanda, French, Swahili or Chinese are preferred
