JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: Laundry Attendant
DEPARTMENT: Housekeeping
REPORTS TO: Executive Housekeeper
DATE:22/04/2026
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
A Laundry Attendant is responsible for cleaning, drying, ironing, and organizing laundry items such as clothing, linens, and uniforms. They will typically be responsible for cleaning guests’ linens, laundry, staff uniforms and make sure the working environment is well maintained and cleaned.
TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be very familiar at performing the laundry opening duties
- Sort laundry by color, fabric type, and level of soiling
- Operate washing machines, dryers, and pressing/ironing equipment
- Load and unload laundry efficiently while following proper procedures
- Use appropriate detergents, chemicals, and cleaning techniques
- Inspect items for stains or damage and treat stains when necessary
- Fold, press, and package clean laundry neatly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- Monitor machine performance and report any faults or maintenance needs
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Perform any other duties assigned by competent authorities
Minimum qualifications and experience required
- An advanced Diploma (A1) in Hospitality, laundry operation or relevant disciple with at least 2 years of working experience as laundry attendant.
- An advanced level certificate (A2) in Hospitality, laundry operation or relevant disciple with at least more than 3 years of working experience as laundry attendant.
- Have strong communication skills in English or French.
- Should have a clean disciplinary record of work
- Having worked in high end Hotels will be added advantage.
- Should be ready to start working as soon as possible.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
An HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in guest rooms, offices, relevant storage rooms and other settings.
TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units
- Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing filters or worn-out components
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues using testing equipment and technical knowledge
- Repair or replace faulty components, including motors, compressors, thermostats, and electrical parts
- Ensure systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards and regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Provide customers with recommendations for repairs, upgrades, or energy-efficient solutions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Maintain and repairing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in guest rooms
- Perform any other tasks directed by concerned authorities
Minimum qualifications and experience required
- Should have at least Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Air conditioning or relevant disciple with at least 3 years of working experience as HVAC Technician.
- An advanced Diploma (A1) in Electrical Engineering, Air conditioning or relevant disciple with at least more than 5 years of working experience as HVAC Technician.
- Have strong communication skills in English or French.
- Should have a clean disciplinary record of work
- Having worked in high end Hotels will be added advantage.
- Should be ready to start working as soon as possible.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
A gardener is responsible for maintaining and improving outdoor spaces such as gardens, lawns, parks, and landscaped areas. This includes planting, watering, pruning, and ensuring plants remain healthy and visually appealing.
TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plant, water, and fertilize flowers, trees, shrubs, and lawns
- Mow grass, trim hedges, and remove weeds
- Prune trees and shrubs to maintain shape and health
- Monitor plant health and treat pests or diseases
- Prepare soil and plant beds for planting
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment
- Clean and maintain outdoor areas (paths, patios, garden features)
- Maintain the wellness of hotel gardens
- Install and maintain irrigation systems (if required)
- Any other duties assigned by competent authorities
Minimum qualifications and experience required
- An advanced level certificate (A2) in agriculture, irrigation or relevant disciple with at least 3 years of working experience as a gardener.
- Basic knowledge of plants, soil, and gardening techniques
- Ability to use gardening tools (e.g., lawnmowers, trimmers, shears)
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and a passion for plants and landscaping
- Should have a clean disciplinary record of work
- Having worked in high end Hotels will be added advantage.
