Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Supporting the development and implementation of school feeding policies and programmes.
Coordinating monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning systems.
Conducting research, assessments, and policy analysis related to Home-Grown School Feeding (HGSF).
Preparing technical reports and updates for stakeholders and donors.
Strengthening partnerships and promoting knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Supporting capacity-building activities for government institutions and partners.
Supervising and mentoring junior staff when required.
Required Qualifications
Education
Candidates must possess either:
A Master’s Degree in International Affairs, Economics, Nutrition, Health, Agriculture, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, or a related field;
OR
A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field plus at least three (3) additional years of relevant professional experience.
Experience
Applicants should have:
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong analytical, research, monitoring, and evaluation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple assignments.
Languages
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Fluency in Kinyarwanda (spoken and written).
