Notice of Amendment to the Invitation for Expressions of Interest
Reference is made to the Invitation for Expressions of Interest issued on 24 August 2026 related to the consultancy services for the environmental, social, health and safety (ESHS) completion audit for the Energy Access and Quality Improvement Project (EAQIP)with reference No RW-REG/EDCL-560520-CS-CQS;
We hereby inform all consultants that the Invitation for Expressions of Interest is amended as follows:

1 Deadline for submission of expressions of interests Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form (electronically) addressed to the Managing Director of the Energy Development Corporation Limited (EDCL) not later than 24/09/2026 at 5:00pm Kigali time (GMT +2). Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form (electronically) addressed to the Managing Director of the Energy Development Corporation Limited (EDCL) not later than 14/09/2026 at 5:00pm Kigali time (GMT +2).
