The Higher Education Council (HEC) has announced bilateral cooperation scholarships between the Government of Rwanda and the People’s Republic of China for the academic year 2026/2027.
The scholarships are offered through Inner Mongolia Medical University and are available for Bachelor’s Degree studies in Medicine.

Interested candidates are required to submit the following documents:
- Application letter addressed to the Director General of HEC
- Copy of National ID
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Copy of High School Diploma, Results Slip, or equivalent qualification
Academic Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Must have studied MCB, PCB, BCG, or ANP
- Must have obtained a minimum overall score of 85%
- Must have obtained at least 85% in Biology and Chemistry
- Must have obtained at least 70% in either Mathematics or Physics
- Must not currently be enrolled in a local or foreign university
