As the Lead, Pension Verification, you will be responsible for overseeing the verification process of pension benefit applications, ensuring the delivery of efficient, accurate, and high-quality services to pension scheme members, while strictly adhering to established standards, policies, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Qualifications and Experience

  • Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Actuarial science, Social Protection Financing, Accounting, Business Management, Social Sciences or a relevant field with at least 3 years’ relevant experience, 3 of which should have been in a Senior Officer role.

OR

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Actuarial science, Accounting, Business Management, Social Sciences or a relevant field with at least 5 years’ relevant experience, 4 of which should have been in a Senior Officer role.

Key competencies

Technical Competencies:

  • The role holder should possess pension and benefit management experience
  • The incumbent must understand retirement provisions
  • The job holder must be conversant with the social security legislation and other relevant laws
