Job responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities: - Maintain NBAs accounting, Budget accounting, or Financial accounting and reporting as assigned by the supervisor; - Ensure a proper receipt of funds and an effective custody and disbursement of funds; - Facilitate the conduct of internal and external audit exercises; - Preparation and pre-checking of documents for payment of goods and services after checking the conformity and accuracy of payment requests; - Maintain the Cash Books and General Ledgers using an appropriate accounting software to produce income and expenditure reports and consolidate financial reports and statements; - Preparation of bank reconciliation statements at the end of each month and coordinate the timely production of accurate financial reports as per the set deadlines; - Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with foundation level one of CPA/CIA/CPFA/CPFM/ACCA ( Applied Knowledge of ACCA) or Stage two of CAT/API Certificate
0 Year of relevant experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with foundation level one of CPA/CIA/CPFA/CPFM/ACCA ( Applied Knowledge of ACCA) or Stage two of CAT/API Certificate
0 Year of relevant experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with foundation level one of CPA/CIA/CPFA/CPFM/ACCA ( Applied Knowledge of ACCA) or Stage two of CAT/API Certificate
0 Year of relevant experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Management with foundation level one of CPA/CIA/CPFA/CPFM/ACCA ( Applied Knowledge of ACCA) or Stage two of CAT/API Certificate
0 Year of relevant experience
