Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc hereby invites Authorized Fortinet resellers to submit a proposal for the Renewal of Fortinet subscriptions and support licenses.

Detailed terms of reference for this tender will be shared with interested bidders via email starting from the 19th October 2026. Interested bidders are requested to express their interest by sending an email to procurement@bk.rw. Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 30th October 2026 at 03:30 pm Kigali time with subject line “Fortinet subscription and Support license renewal” and bids will be sent online on ERP link that will be shared. Guidelines for online bids submission will be sent separately to your company’s email.

Bidders shall provide financial proposal and the payment terms in Rwandan Francs or USD. Provide also the company profile, valid company’s registration certificate, valid Tax Clearance certificate, 3 years’ experience in providing similar services, last 3years’ audited financial statements, current Fortinet partner certificate and any other relevant supporting documentation as requested in Terms of Reference (ToR).
