Fully Funded Master’s Scholarship in Public Procurement Management in Italy | Deadline: 03 October 2026

The Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) is offering scholarships for candidates to pursue the International Master’s in Public Procurement Management (IMPPM) at the University of Rome Tor Vergata in Rome, Italy, for the 2026/2027 academic year.

Scholarship Benefits

The scholarship covers:

  • Full tuition fees

  • Travel costs to and from Italy for the in-class period

  • Accommodation allowance

  • Subsistence allowance while in Italy

  • A USD 350 lump-sum allowance towards visa, CIMEA/Declaration of Value and other essential administrative expenses

  • Reasonable travel-related costs where the visa process requires travel outside the applicant’s country of residence.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be a citizen of an eligible Caribbean Development Bank Borrowing Member Country

  • Be employed in a professional public procurement role within the government of a CDB Client Country or a Caribbean public regional institution

  • Hold at least a recognised Master’s degree

  • Have at least five years of relevant procurement experience, including at least two years in public sector procurement

  • Be proficient in written and spoken English

  • Have no business or personal relationship with CDB or the University of Rome Tor Vergata that could create an actual or perceived conflict of interest.

Eligible countries include Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Belize, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, The Bahamas, Trinidad and Tobago, and Turks and Caicos Islands.

Important: Rwanda is not listed among the eligible countries for this CDB scholarship.
