TENDER NOTICE

TITLE: SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS FOR NTARUKA HYDRO POWER PLANT

TENDER REFERENCE: 11.07.022/001/G/NCB/26-27/EUCL-GEN-PROC/CG/1

Energy Utility Corporation Limited (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by EUCL Budget towards the cost of Supply of Spare parts for Ntaruka Hydro Power Plant. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

1. The Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the tender of Supply of spare parts for Ntaruka Hdro Power plant as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.

2. Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day starting on 08th /09/2026 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at EUCL Headquarter, KN82 ST Nyarugenge District, 1st Floor, Room N° G114, the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, E-mail: procurement-eucl@eucl.reg.rw, upon presentation of a proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to Account N° 25044962001 opened at I & M Bank, Rwanda.

3. All bids shall be accompanied by an Original Bid security of 2,520,000Rwf as per the template provided in the tender document, issued from a Bank or reputable financial institution recognized in Rwanda.

5. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in Two copies one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned above not later than 25th /09/2026 at 10:00 a.m. Late and electronic bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at EUCL main board room on 25th /09/2026 at 10:30 a.m local time.

7. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender reference number and title.

8. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the REG Procurement procedures manual.
