Senior Officer – System Technician at Equity Bank: (Deadline 6 Sep 2026)

 Main purpose

The role focuses on maintaining and strengthening physical security systems and operations across the Bank, including CCTV, access control, security personnel, security procedures, risk assessment, and security drills.

 Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise internal and outsourced security personnel.
  • Manage the CCTV control room and monitor surveillance systems.
  • Inspect physical security at branches and corporate facilities.
  • Test and evaluate physical security systems.
  • Conduct security drills and staff security-awareness training.
  • Assess security risks and implement appropriate controls.
  • Coordinate responses to robberies and work with national security organs.
  • Manage the outsourced security agency.
  • Contribute to physical-security policies and procedures.
  • Monitor security budgets and expenses.
  • Identify CCTV disruptions and unlawful activities.

 Requirements
