The purpose of this role is to support the business in achieving its goals and strategic objectives through the Line Manager by ensuring effective and contemporary fraud management through fraud protection and forensic analysis.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Perform forensic analysis on fraud-related incidents.

  • Conduct forensic imaging of devices involved in fraud-related incidents.

  • Implement and oversee monitoring systems to detect suspicious activities and potential fraud incidents promptly.

  • Develop policies and procedures to prevent fraudulent activities and recover any incurred losses.

  • Collect necessary data to support investigations into suspected fraud cases, for use by internal teams and external agencies where necessary.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies to facilitate an effective response to fraud incidents.

  • Prepare reports on fraud incidents, trends, and mitigation efforts for senior management and regulatory bodies.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements related to fraud prevention and detection.

  • Develop effective fraud monitoring strategies and ensure their timely deployment across products and channels.

  • Continuously improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of fraud monitoring processes.

Candidate Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or another related IT field.

  • Proven working experience in a related field.

  • Over 10 years of working experience with National Security Organs.

  • At least 5 years of experience at managerial level.

  • Good knowledge of fraud detection and investigation.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Good interviewing and interrogation skills, with the ability to draft professional reports.

  • Security-oriented and results-driven attitude.

  • Thorough knowledge of security policies and procedures.
